In fact, it is the avocado that creates the perfect creamy dressing texture, and the lemon juice keep it fresh and green.<\/p>\n<p>Start by washing your kale leaves and shredding them into a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Then grate a carrot, add half to one cup of unsalted toasted nuts (pistachios, walnuts, or even pumpkin or sunflower seeds).<\/p>\n<p>Throw in your avocado (peeled and cut in half) and squeeze the juice of one lemon.<\/p>\n<p>With your hands, mix it all together until the avocado blends perfectly and coats all kale leaves of its creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Note: this salad is even better when it is prepared in advance.<\/p>\n<p>So yummy, you\u2019ll want to eat it all but if there is any left over, unlike any other kind of salads, it will keep very well until the next day.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy as much as you like!!!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Usually the word creammmy means yummmmy, but it also means fattttty!!!
