WINESDAY: LightHall Vineyard, Chardonnay

Today, we are drinking an outstanding Chardonnay from Prince Edward County’s LightHall Winery. A place really worth the visit in Cherry River, they also craft amazing cheeses. And if you are wondering about the label… Yes! It is a real butterfly. Owner and winemaker Glenn Symons found his one foot tall ‘wingman’ on his door one night coming home. Magical!
